Shipping Policy

Shipping Fees and Coverage

  • We currently offer free shipping within mainland Germany and mainland France only.

  • Shipping to other regions is not covered under this policy.

Processing and Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days, excluding pre-order items.

  • For pre-orders, the estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product page, beneath the available color options.

Shipping Notifications and Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

  • Please note that tracking updates may be delayed until the carrier scans the package into their system. Estimated delivery times shown on the carrier’s website will only be accurate after this scan.

  • If you do not receive your tracking email or have questions regarding your shipment, please contact us at service@mapfour.com

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Before shipment: Customers may request changes to the e-bike color or model. Please be aware that model changes may result in additional charges and processing delays.

  • After shipment: Once an order has shipped, any modifications (e.g., model or color changes, address changes, or cancellations) will incur additional fees and may delay delivery.

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be intercepted free of charge.

  • If you cancel an order after shipment, you will be responsible for return shipping and handling costs.

Returns and Liability

  • Mapfour is not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged due to the actions or omissions of the shipping carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

  • In the event of a failed delivery, carriers may redirect the package to a local holding facility. Packages are typically held for up to 10 days. If unclaimed, they will be returned to MAPFOUR.

  • If a package is returned, customers must notify MAPFOUR and cover the reshipping costs before the order can be resent.

Replacement Parts

  • Once a part has shipped, customers are responsible for tracking the package using the provided tracking number.

  • If an incorrect part is ordered, the customer will be responsible for:

    • The original shipping cost (including any cancellation fees charged by the carrier), and

    • The shipping cost of resending the correct part.

  • Note: Customers will not be charged for the replacement part itself, only the associated shipping costs.
