Scope of services
1. Loss Protection
Domestic shipments:
If the package is not marked as "delivered" within 30 days of the shipping date, Xcotton considers it lost.
International broadcasts:
If the package is not marked as "delivered" within 60 days of the shipping date, it is considered lost.
Package marked as "delivered" but not received:
If the courier marks the package as delivered, but you haven't received it, Xcotton can treat the case as a loss – provided you submit sufficient evidence.
Compensation: In all cases, Xcotton offers a replacement or refund. The refund will not exceed the original purchase price of the affected items.
2. Damage Protection in Transit
If your package is damaged during transport, Xcotton will either provide a replacement or a refund.
Here too, the compensation never exceeds the original purchase price.
3. Misdelivery Protection
If the package was delivered to a different address than the one specified in your order, Xcotton will cover the reasonable costs to correct the delivery – subject to approval.

Cancellation of shipping insurance
Before shipping:
You can contact Xcotton directly to cancel the shipping insurance and receive a refund.
After shipping:
Shipping insurance cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order has been shipped.
