Return Policy

1. 30-Day Return Period

  • Mapfour offers a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.

  • Returns requested beyond 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, and with no signs of wear).

  • For e-bikes: The odometer must display less than 10 km.

  • All original items inside the package (charger, keys, tools, hardware, etc.) must be included.

  • The item must be returned in its original form original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective.

  • The item is damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item.

This allows us to evaluate the situation and resolve the issue promptly.

4. How to Start a Return

  • Contact us at service@mapfour.com to initiate a return.

  • If your request is approved, you will receive:

    • A return shipping label, and

    • Detailed instructions on how and where to return the item.

⚠️ Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Mapfour is not responsible for return shipping costs if customers arrange shipping independently.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  1. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

  2. Items damaged due to human error or misuse

  3. Special/custom orders

  4. Giveaways or free items

  5. Online sale of accessories

  6. Extra purchased accessories — please ensure you order the correct part before purchasing.

6. Shipping & Handling Fees (Non-Quality Returns)

  • E-bikes: €200 per unit

  • Batteries: €100 per unit

    • ⚠️ Only unused batteries are eligible for return.

7. Return Address

Szczecin 70-705, Poland
(Note: Customers must first notify Mapfour before returning any item. Mapfour will confirm the shipping cost that needs to be prepaid for resending the package.)

8. Order Cancellation

  • Once you receive an order confirmation email, your order will be processed within 1 business day and shipped on the second business day.

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

Refund Policy

1.General Refund Terms

  • Product quality issuesEligible for a full refund or partial refund as agreed with Mapfour .

  • Incorrect items receivedEligible for a free exchange or return the items and get a full refund.

  • Missing or damaged accessories: Mapfour will provide a free replacement or a partial refund.

  • Package undeliverable or lostEligible for a free resend or a full refund.


2. Order Cancellation

  • Before shipment: A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

  • After shipment: A €200 shipping fee by e-bike applies. The final cost may vary depending on the courier and will be deducted from your refund.


3. Delivery Address & Package Refusal

  • Delivery address modification: Not possible once the order has been shipped.

  • Package refusal by customer:

    • A €200 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, or

    • An additional €200 fee applies if the customer requests a resend.


4. Refunds Due to Quality Issues

  • Within 30 daysEligible for a Free return or exchange of defective products.

    • Note: Return shipping costs of €100 will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • After 30 days: Returns are not accepted. Customers may request repair support with Mapfour's technical guidance.

📌 Customers must provide video or photo evidence of the defect before a repair or refund can be approved.


5. Refunds for Non-Quality-Related Reasons

  • Eligible within 30 days if the product is:

    • Unworn, unused, unopened, or

    • E-bike shows less than 10 km on the display, free from wear, dirt, dust, odors, or other signs of use.

  • The product must be returned in original condition and packaging, including all accessories (charger, keys, hardware, etc.).

  • Refunds for non-defective e-bikes/“no longer needed” bikes will incur:

    • A restocking fee, plus

    • A shipping fee of €200 per e-bike.

  • ⚠️ Mapfour does not cover the cost of replacement packaging.


6. Quality Issues Reimbursement (Repair Support)

If your product is defective and purchased within 2 year from an authorized dealer:

  • Contact service@mapfour.com with photo or video proof of the defect.

  • If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, Mapfour may recommend a local repair shop.

  • Reimbursement Terms:

    1. A valid printed or digital invoice from the repair shop is required (handwritten invoices not accepted).

    2. Reimbursement will not exceed twice the cost of the replaced parts.

    3. Only one replacement per part is accepted. No coverage for repeat damages due to normal wear and tear.


7. Refund Processing

  • With Mapfour return label:

    • Once the warehouse receives the returned item, 5 business days are required for inspection.

    • If the condition matches the buyer's description, a refund will be issued within 1–2 business days.

  • Self-arranged return:

    • Customers must provide the delivery note, tracking number, and carrier name.

    • After delivery is confirmed, Mapfour requires 5 business days to verify the condition.

    • Refund will be issued within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

⚠️ Refund will not be issued if:

  • The returned product does not match the original order model, or

  • The condition does not match that pre-return description.
    Mapfour reserves the right to deduct a reasonable percentage based on missing parts or damage.


8. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact our support team at service@mapfour.com to request a return label.

  • Refund will be processed after the returned parcel is received and inspected.
