Our warranty is designed to provide the necessary quality assurance and support for our customers' purchases.
• The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase of the invoice.
• All claims need to be reported to Mapfour's after-sales team first, since during the valid warranty period, all parts, where it has been determined by Mapfour that there is a construction or/and other defect, will be repaired or reimbursed, or replaced with accessories, etc., at Mapfour's discretion. *Please be kindly reminded that we have the right to refuse the claim for any unauthorized repair.
• Damage caused by unconventional or improper use, such as traffic accidents, unauthorized modifications, incorrect assembly/installation, lack of maintenance, etc., is not covered by the warranty, and the final interpretation right belongs to Mapfour's discretion.
